1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Turnip Ink LLC, a [STATE] limited liability company, [BUSINESS ADDRESS] ("Turnip Ink", "we", "us"). By buying from learn.turnipink.com you agree to them and to the Licence.

2. What we sell

Digital curriculum: lesson plans, scripts, student pages, cards, assessments and other files, as PDF and Word documents, delivered by download. You get a licence to use them, not ownership. Each product page lists the edition and units included.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe on its secure checkout page; we never see or store your card number. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown before you pay. To help prevent card fraud we ask for a billing address. We may cancel and refund an order that looks fraudulent, hold an order for review before delivering it, and lock the download links if one order is used from many different networks. Your acceptance of these terms and the IP address you ordered from are recorded.

4. Delivery

Your files are on your order page, and its link is emailed to you. Each download link works a limited number of times and expires, but the order page issues fresh links for [12 months] after purchase, always with the latest version of your files. Downloads are logged (time, IP address, browser, file fingerprint and bytes sent) as proof of delivery, which we may share with your bank, card network or payment processor if you dispute the payment. Please download and keep your files.

5. Updates

We fix and improve our curriculum. While your order page is active, it gives you the current version of what you bought at no extra cost.
