Refunds

• Not downloaded yet: if you have not downloaded anything and ask within [14] days, we refund you in full.
• Defects: if a file will not open or is missing pages, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within [30] days with your order number. We will fix it, send a replacement, or refund you.
• Downloaded: because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are not refundable once downloaded, except for defects. [OWNER DECISION: confirm, or offer a satisfaction window.]
• Duplicate or mistaken purchase: tell us right away and we will make it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days. When an order is refunded, its download links stop working.

Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us first: most problems are fixed the same day. A dispute suspends your downloads while it is open.
